Designed by architect Keiji Yoshida and built in the image of Kumagawa-juku, it serves as the gateway to Kumagawa. In addition to 24-hour restrooms and rest areas, the adjacent "Shikisai-kan" features a local specialty shop, a restaurant where you can enjoy local cuisine, and a museum introducing the history of the Old Mackerel Road.
